Cancellations & Dispute Resolution

At RoshanFund, absolute transparency regarding the deployment, liquidation, and refunding of your capital is our highest priority. This policy outlines how funds are handled across our platform.

1. Plan Allocation & Refunds

When you deposit funds into your RoshanFund wallet, they remain in your Liquid Balance until you manually choose to deploy them.

Unallocated Funds: Any funds sitting in your Liquid Balance that have not yet been deployed into a Profit Plan can be withdrawn or refunded to your Bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account at any time, subject to standard gateway processing times.
Deployed Funds (Plan Contracts): Once capital is deployed into a Profit Plan, it is actively injected into real-time business operations (digital marketing and server scaling). Therefore, standard refunds are not possible during the 30-day cycle.

Early Unbonding Exception: If you face a severe emergency and must liquidate a Profit Plan before its 30-day maturity, you may request an "Early Unbonding." Because this disrupts commercial ad campaigns, an early cancellation fee will be deducted from your principal amount before it is released.

2. Pending Ad Income

Our profit distribution model relies on timely payouts from international ad partners (Google, Meta, Unity, AppLovin). In the rare event that ad revenue payments are delayed globally by these networks, plan profit distributions may experience a slight delay. We guarantee that once the funds are cleared by our partners, they will be instantly credited to your liquid balance. We request patience during such industry-wide operational delays.

3. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues—such as missing deposits, delayed withdrawals, or incorrect plan calculations—fairly and professionally.
