1. Refund Policy

At Roshan Fund, transparency regarding the usage of your funds is our priority.

Deposits made to Roshan Fund are immediately allocated to live business projects, including app & game development and digital marketing campaigns. Because these funds are utilized in real-time operational costs (such as developer fees, server costs, and ad spend), deposits are generally non-refundable once allocated.

Exceptions: If a deposit was made in error and has not yet been allocated to a plan (i.e., it is still sitting in your available balance), you may request a withdrawal back to your account subject to transaction fees.

2. Pending Ad Income

Our revenue sharing model depends on payments from international ad partners (Google, Meta, Unity).

In rare cases where ad revenue payments are delayed by these networks, Roshan Fund will make every effort to recover these funds. We guarantee that once the funds are released by the networks, they will be credited to client accounts immediately. We ask for your patience during such industry-wide delays.

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, profit calculation, or account access:
