Fraud, misuse, or manipulation attempts will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Liability & Risks

Roshan Fund is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure) or specific industry risks, including but not limited to:

Platform Terminations: Google Play Console or Apple App Store account suspensions.
Monetization Issues: Ad network (AdMob/Meta) account limitations or bans.
Market Volatility: Fluctuations in ad revenue rates (eCPM) or user acquisition costs.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these inherent business risks.
